Project Management Knowledge Sharing
As a mission-driven organization, NASA must continuously enhance its capability to manage complex projects and meet their associated technical, financial and schedule challenges.
To better prepare NASA project teams for meeting the challenges of managing flight projects, Goddard’s Advanced Concepts and Formulation Office has established the Project Management (PM) Knowledge Works as a source of project management learning and knowledge sharing. The PM Knowledge Works includes training courses and information sources on a variety of project management topics for all members of projects teams – from novices to experienced project managers.
The training courses offer a blend of practical, proven techniques as well as new ideas and innovations in subjects such as Schedule Management, Earned Value Management, and Acquisition Management. Future course offerings will be expanded to address learning needs within the center and agency.
PM Knowledge Works will also provide a forum for special topics, tool demonstrations, guest speakers, and webinars of special topics of interest to the NASA project management community.
