Biography Lesley Young, PMP
ASRC Research and Technology Solutions
Lesley Young began working at NASA GSFC in June 2004 as a project scheduler/planner for the Office of Human Capital Management. As an employee of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) on the Program Analysis and Control (PAAC) II contract, Lesley helped the (OHCM) office develop, assess, and track schedules related to business planning and strategic development. In addition to the scheduling responsibilities, Lesley provided planning and project support for the Human Capital Conference (HCC), this gave GSFC supervisors and civil servants the opportunity to come together and discuss vital issues in the work performance arena. Prior to coming to GSFC, Lesley worked at Verizon Business providing schedule and project management to the Government Markets division, supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA). She has over ten years of project management experience. Her professional experience also includes project management consulting and training and development in the educational and customer service industries. Lesley is currently a proud member of the NASA PM Challenge planning team and a Senior Project Management Specialist supporting the Project Management Excellence and Innovation Group in Code 400, on the PAAC III Contract as an employee of ARTS, ASRC Research and Technology Solutions.
